Reporting To: CDMO – Content & Advocacy Mission: To future-proof L'Oréal Vietnam’s digital presence by architecting the enterprise-wide livestreaming ecosystem and establishing robust content governance. This role drives competitive advantage through innovation, scalable infrastructure, and performance excellence across all brand divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Livestream Strategy & Ecosystem (70%)

  • Visionary Roadmap: Define the national livestream strategy, piloting emerging platforms and technologies (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) to maintain L’Oréal’s market leadership.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the strategic development of the L'Oréal Vietnam Livestream Studio and manage top-tier agency/talent partnerships.
  • Performance & Benchmarking: Establish corporate KPIs and provide strategic performance analysis to GMs and Zone leadership to drive continuous ROI improvement.
  • Compliance & Risk: Partner with Legal and Zone teams to enforce content claims, KOL guidelines, and PR risk mitigation across all live sessions.

2. Strategic Content Governance & Enablement (30%)

  • Content Excellence: Adapt Zone frameworks to local needs, optimizing workflows for content creation, localization, and IP rights management.
  • Platform Adoption: Drive the utilization of corporate tools (CPH, Le Studio) to enhance creative quality and operational efficiency.
  • Creative Intelligence: Leverage data tools (Creative X, Link AI) to analyze content performance and ensure alignment with brand equity and KPIs.
  • Change Management: Act as the central liaison between brand teams and agencies to foster adoption of new content methodologies.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Content Strategy (multi-brand environment preferred).
    • 2+ years in a strategic leadership or enablement role.
    • Deep operational and technical knowledge of TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
  • Strategic Visionary: Ability to translate digital trends into macro-business objectives and long-term roadmaps.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Expert in translating complex performance data into actionable insights for senior management.
  • Influencing Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Purchasing, Brand Teams) in a matrix organization.
  • Governance Mindset: Strong grasp of digital ethics, IP rights, and risk management in the creator economy.
  • Language: Mastery of English and Vietnamese is essential.
