We are looking for international talent to go on VIE/International Assignment in Mexico City, Mexico

General Description:

As a member of the LATAM Operations Finance team, you will be responsible for spearheading and executing optimization projects designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy across critical financial processes. This role offers an opportunity to drive significant improvements in reporting, cost management, and financial planning, across the different Operations finance areas.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead and implement optimization projects across various areas of the LATAM Operations Finance team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and supporting the finance manager of each area.

•    Drive efficiency initiatives within the freight process, focusing on cost reduction and operational streamlining.

•    Enhance manufacturing finance reporting capabilities, utilizing tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel/macros to improve data analysis, visualization, and actionable insights.

•    Optimize Supply Chain finance reporting, with a focus on improving accuracy, timeliness, and automation for:

o    Inventory and stocks management.

o    Comprehensive financial reports.

o    Profit & Loss statements (P&L / PIGS).

•    Collaborate closely on forecast reporting processes to ensure robust financial planning, reliable performance predictions, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Finance degree or similar (engineering, accounting, etc.)
• Spanish speaker ideal

Desirable Experience and Knowledge: 

• Experience in Finance controlling 
• Spanish speaker 
• Experience working in projects or as project manager 
• Knowledge of excel/macros, POWER BI and similar tools
