Mission: To lead purchasing activities within the Indirect Sourcing portfolio for Travel Retail APAC, driving value, efficiency, and compliance in line with L'Oréal's strategies.


Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Category Management: Develop and execute end-to-endroadmaps andsourcing strategies for key indirect categories (e.g., retail fit-outs, marketing, PR, IT,logistics). You willmake use of data toanalyze businesstrendandneeds, lead tenders, and proactively capture market innovation.
  • Cost Optimization & Cross-Regional Coordination: Drive value by leading cost-saving initiatives andidentifyingproductivity opportunities. You will collaborate with global and zone partners to align strategies,identifysynergies, and push for cross-region/marketcollaborations.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage the supplier portfolio through performance evaluations and strong relationship-building, while integrating L'Oréal's sustainability and ESG goals into the supply base.
  • Governance & Operational Management: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and standards.You will manage end-to-end procurement operations, including contract execution and tracking project deliverables, while working withLegal,Finance andInternal AudittomaintainProcure-to-Pay (P2P) integrity.
  • Performance & Process Standardization: Lead efforts to standardize and improve procurement processes to enhance governance and operational consistency. You will oversee reporting and analytics to support management decisions and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an indirect procurement or strategic sourcing role.
  • Proventrack recordin managing categories such as marketing, media,business services, or retail services.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent project management and analytical abilities, with a capacity to prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI) and process improvement.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
