A Day in the Life
As the Education Transformation Manager for Central America and Andean Region (CERAN), you’ll be at the forefront of redefining professional education for iconic brands like L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, and Redken. Reporting to the Division’s Leadership Committee, you’ll lead a dynamic team and drive an omnichannel education strategy that inspires stylists and salon owners while delivering measurable business impact.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Inspire and Lead: Develop and empower the CERAN education team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Omnichannel Education Strategy: Design and implement innovative education programs across technical centers, in-salon training, selective channels, and digital platforms.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and O+O teams to ensure brand consistency, elevate stylist relationships, and develop monetization plans.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key business indicators to identify trends and make informed decisions that maximize impact.
We Are Looking For
You’re a strategic leader with a passion for education and a deep understanding of the professional beauty industry. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are ready to make a lasting impact.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience: Proven track record in Marketing, Commercial, or Education leadership roles, ideally in professional beauty. Knowledge of the professional hair product market is highly desirable.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for education and stylist development.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
- Digital Expertise: Proficiency in digital tools and online learning platforms.
- Adaptability: Experience tailoring educational materials to local markets.
