Do you want to work in an exciting and diverse job in an international and dynamic working environment? Are you ready to take responsibility, contribute, and further develop our operational processes? Do you have a flair for figures, planning, and an analytical mindset? Then you might be just the talent we are looking for to strengthen our Nordic Operations team as our new Supply Chain Planner.

As a Supply Chain Planner you have a central role in our Operations team, acting as a proactive and contributing partner to the business. You will take on a variety of tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth execution of our operational flows – whether that involves managing portfolios, planning supply and demand, or coordinating with external partners. You will collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support our business strategy. While you will have structured daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, a significant part of the job involves managing complexity, unexpected issues, and urgent problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Your key job accountabilities:

  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly operational cycles aiming for the best service to our customers and/or a healthy stock level
  • Coordinate activities, flows, and plans between relevant actors (e.g., external partners, warehouses, marketing, and internal teams)
  • Collaborate and communicate proactively with commercial teams, finance, international operations, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Support the team in constantly seeking to identify and implement process improvements to support service levels and sustainable development targets
  • Structure, analyze, and deliver data-driven reports on a regular basis to track performance, forecasts, and progress
  • Follow, optimize, and develop workflows in our operational systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Engage in and drive specific operational optimization projects

Your profile:

  • You have a relevant educational background (e.g., a Master’s degree within Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or similar) and/or solid relevant experience
  • You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of a Nordic language is seen as an advantage
  • You have a strong business understanding, a good numerical affinity, and like to dig into data
  • You have advanced Excel skills. SAP and/or APO knowledge is seen as a strong advantage
  • You have strong organizational skills: the ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority, and good time management
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, a problem-solving approach, and an analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • You manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • You are equally motivated by working independently and as part of a team

We are looking for our new candidates to start in September. The employment is a fixed-term contract for 12 months. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply! We welcome everyone to apply no matter your gender, ethnicity, physical abilities, religion or sexual orientation.
