In the department of Evaluation, we are looking for a Senior Researcher - Clinical Evaluation.
Type of contract : Full time Employment
Location : Mumbai, India
As a Clinical Researcher, your main responsibilities are :
- Design and conduct clinical trials in the skin category such as Acne, Pigmentation, Atopic Dermatitis, Skin hydration, Skin Barrier function & Anti-ageing.
- Co-ordinate with product development team to understand the product benefits & develop robust study design & protocol.
- Literature survey to help support drafting clinical trial protocol.
- To co-ordinate with CRO in order to manage entire trial according to ICH-GCP guidelines & as per the L’Oréal standards.
- Clinical Trial Initiation & Closeout.
- Deep diving trial related data & create summary results.
- Scouting new CROs & develop them as per L’Oréal standards.
- Auditing CROs
To succeed in this position, you should have :
- Experience in Managing Clinical trials (preferably cosmetic clinical trials)
- Knowledge in Dermatological Clinical trials.
- Thorough knowledge on ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Thorough knowledge on skin & related issues/indications.
- Clinical trial protocol & CRF development.
- Project Management
- Experience in understanding & interpretation of trial related data.
- Basics of statistical analysis.
You are :
- A team player with good communication skills.
Good to have ;
- Masters Degree with min 3 years experience in conducting clinical trials
- Experience in Managing & Conducting trials with CROs (from Initial discussion on trial till getting the final results).
