A Day in the Life

As a Social Manager at L'Oréal, you will be a key storyteller, responsible for building and amplifying our brands' presence across the dynamic social media landscape. You will craft engaging content, manage vibrant communities, and collaborate with influencers to connect with our consumers in authentic and meaningful ways. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Social Strategy & Content Creation: Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with brand objectives, creating and curating compelling content that captures consumer attention.
  • Community & Engagement Management: Build, nurture, and engage with our online communities, fostering brand love and loyalty through authentic conversations and timely interactions.
  • Advocacy & Influence: Identify, build relationships with, and manage collaborations with key influencers and advocates to amplify brand messages and drive credibility.
  • Performance & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and inform future strategies.


We Are Looking For

You are a creative and strategic individual with a deep understanding of the social media ecosystem. You have your finger on the pulse of the latest digital trends and know how to translate them into effective brand strategies. You excel at building relationships and can seamlessly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Expertise in managing various social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A collaborative spirit with experience in managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to think analytically and use data to guide your decisions.
