A Day in the Life

As a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist, you are a strategic driver at the intersection of our brands and consumers. You won't just follow the path  you will chart the course for our makeup category's success in a competitive retail environment. You will have the autonomy to own your projects from concept to execution, ensuring our brands win at the point of sale.


Your key missions will include:

  • Architecting Winning Strategies: You will design and deploy powerful trade marketing programs that align with our commercial strategy and amplify our brand equity with key retailers.
  • Driving In-Store Excellence: You will command the entire lifecycle of our point-of-sale materials—from creative adaptation and production to ensuring flawless placement that captivates shoppers. You'll also develop and control best-in-class planograms to dominate the shelf.
  • Unlocking Shopper Insights: You will dive deep into shopper behavior, analyzing decision trees and market data to generate actionable insights that give our brands a competitive edge.
  • Owning Performance & ROI: You will manage the trade marketing budget with an owner's mindset, rigorously analyzing the ROI of your initiatives to ensure every investment drives measurable growth and optimizes the link between marketing and sales.


We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced professional who can strategically navigate the market and drive growth. You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • Proven experience in trade marketing, with a strong understanding of the market and consumers.
  • Developed analytical skills to analyze shopper data and measure ROI.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across functions.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-intermediate level).
