Senior Online&Offline Activation Manager

The Dermatological Beauty Division is the world leader in dermocosmetics, with international skincare brands recommended by health care professionals and distributed in healthcare outlets worldwide, including, pharmacies, drugstores, medi-spa and e-retailers.

The person who will join our team will be accountable for omnichannel activation (trade & e-trade activation support) for all L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty brands in dermocosmetics category. Moreover will be accountable for developing strategy & tactics for Dermocosmetics category growth via trade marketing initiatives, driving Market Shares growth on the LDB brands, and contributing to the chain pharmacies and drugstore development as Face Care & Body Care destination for the Consumers & Patients.

As Senior O+O Activation Manager you will: 

  • Lead implementation and execution of National Activations Calendar – including promo actions & launches in omnichannel
  • Place consumer insights at the heart of the marketing to improve our online + offline consumer journey/ path to purchase and develop new initiatives ( being part of JBPs) to drive purchases and consumer experience
  • Manage & develop sales period initiatives on time/within  a budget frame, align with business development & marketing &  sales, communicate to all stakeholders  to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Ensure sales teams are provided with timely, comprehensive & persuasive sales period briefs, sales support tools to execute categories, brands plans as per National Activations Calendar
  • Contribute to the process of annual planning of units&values  building blocks
  • Support marketing to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for offline & online touchpoints
  • Build  and execute plan of dermocategory markers deployment
  • Ensure and follow the Brands Minimum Mandatory  Assortment List , in line with the strategic choices &  planograms implementation accordingly 
  • Actively input into Dermocosmetics Categories vision development &  ambition in line with marketing strategy & translate into channel strategies accompanied with activation plans
  • Develop & stimulate excellence in execution of in-store standards 
  • Develop Merchandizing & E-Merchandizing (implementation by E-KAMs)
  • Manage budget for content preparation, lead generation, R&R, database activation given by the brand
  • Create E-Commerce activation strategy for dermocosmetics category (incl Multidiv Festivals)

  • Have proven experience as activation manager, trade marketing manager or sales ideally in pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
  • Have proven track record in Trade & commercial role in international companies
  • Are persuasive, executive communicator
  • Are exemplary team leader with significant sense of ownership
  • Have strong project management abilities
  • Have analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have excellent time management & prioritisation
  • Are building effective relationships
  • Have knowledge of e-commerce, digital media & following latest digital trends (not mandatory, but a huge advantage)
  • Have university degree 
  • Are fluent in English and Polish
