WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

Build & Manage Creator Communities

 

  • Strategically identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with a diverse range of creators (top-tier to micro-influencers including ones specialized in both Beauty and non-Beauty areas), tailoring strategies to each group.
  • Develop ‘always on’ programs to promote the generation of user generated content.
  • Make sure the creator community partnered with is well associated with the brand’s values & equity. 
  • Use Influencer Relationship Management (IRM) model and ContentPro tool for data-driven insights to build sustainable impact in the creator ecosystem and drive superior results.

 

Drive Engaging Content & Campaigns

  • Use social listening and analysis to spot trends and insights, to empower creators to develop compelling content that aligns with brand message as well as stands out within the clutter. 

 

Create & Amplify Brand Experience

  • Design and execute impactful online and offline experiences (events, trips, etc.) that resonate with target audiences and encourage creators to share their experiences for wider reach. 
  • Coordinate an efficient process of gifting and seeding management.
  • Manage the agency operations within the scope (Love Agency).

 

Track, Analyse, & Optimise

  • Monitor brand’s/category’s «Love» performance, analyse results, and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate the value of executions to stakeholders .

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

 

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment
  • Good communication and presentation ability
  • Excellent communication skills in English
