A Day in the Life
As the Senior Product Brand Manager for Aesop, you will be the expert of the brand, orchestrating launches and driving the growth of our key products. Your mission is to implement a full 360° strategy, leveraging deep market and consumer expertise to grow market share and build a lasting consumer relationship. You will be the guardian of Aesop's unique brand equity, ensuring consistency and premium execution across all touchpoints in a dynamic market.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Leadership: Own the annual marketing calendar and orchestrate launch plans across key online and offline retailers, ensuring operational excellence at every point of sale.
- Business Growth: Drive business planning, sales forecasts, and pricing strategies to meet brand objectives.
- Retail Excellence: Oversee visual merchandising consistency and develop boutique-specific animation plans to drive sell-out and elevate the client experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with distributors and partners to identify new B2B and B2C opportunities that enhance brand visibility and experiential impact.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mindset who can spot opportunities and translate them into growth. You are results-driven, ambitious, and have a high sensitivity to luxury brand positioning.
To be a great fit, you have:
- A solid background in retail marketing, ideally within the luxury beauty sector.
- Experience delivering brand and category growth in dynamic market conditions.
- Marketing Strategy Design: You can build and implement comprehensive marketing plans.
- Consumer Insights Leveraging: You use consumer data to ensure local relevancy.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You analyze performance to inform your strategy.
- Storytelling: You can craft compelling narratives that resonate with a luxury audience.
- Retail Sensitivity: You have a keen eye for in-store excellence and premium execution.
