Job Responsibilities:

Mission: To provide brand standard counselling service to customers to achieve sales target. 

  • Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
  • Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
  • Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.
  • Provide service and beauty advice to create positive customer experiences.
  • Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.
  • Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
  • Meeting sales target.
  • Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
  • Report to Boutique Manager any useful information on competitors, consumer complaints and any important event at the point of sales.
  • Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service, sales driven.
  • Candidates who can converse in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Working Schedule:

  • Rotational shift work.
