The Role:

As Senior B2B E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d) you'll orchestrate the B2B sales cycle, drive O+O growth, and optimize our B2B Onlineshop. As liaison to EU HQ, you'll lead pilot projects and use data to steer performance, ensuring sales targets are met.

Your Tasks:

  • Sales Cycle Orchestration: You will orchestrate the B2B sales cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between Marketing, Supply, Education, and the Digital teams.
  • O+O Roadmap & Growth: You will advance our sales strategy by intelligently connecting online and offline activities to drive our omnichannel growth.
  • Onlineshop Optimization: You will optimize the B2B customer journey on our L'Oréal Partnershop to increase conversion rates, basket size, and order frequency.
  • Strategic Zone & Pilot Leadership: You will act as the central point of contact for our European headquarters, leading pilot projects and aligning local needs with the overall strategy.
  • Analytics & Performance Steering: You will analyze sales figures and key performance indicators (KPIs), creating insightful reports to support strategic business decisions.

Your Profile:

  • B2B E-Commerce & Commercial Acumen: You bring expert knowledge of B2B e-commerce and O+O dynamics, with a deep understanding of the needs of a professional sales team.
  • Stakeholder Influence: You confidently navigate complex corporate structures and influence stakeholders at a European level with your strong communication skills.
  • Analytical Mastery: You have the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies and possess a strong commercial mindset.
  • Agility & Resilience: You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt flexibly to new situations, and remain composed and effective under pressure.
  • Bilingual Communication: You are fluent in both German and English to ensure optimal collaboration between local and international teams.
