About the program and the role
- 18 months of assignments across the departments and different divisions of L'Oréal
- Experience 3 rotations within our commercial teams- either key account management, sales representatives or RGM
- Roll-off into a role in an area where your skills and interests are
- The opportunity to fast-track your career with a guaranteed permanent position in the business
About you:
It does not matter what major you graduate from and if you use beauty products or not – L’Oréal thrives in the diversity of our people.
There are a couple of core ingredients which we’d like to see in our future Management Trainees:
- Master degree university graduate, work or internship experience is an advantage
- Passionate and curious about the work and business we do
- Driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, a creative problem solver with a high level of agility and open-mindedness
- Analytical and sensitive to the number
- Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating with diverse teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and native-level Hungarian language
