A Day in the Life

As a Sales Representative for the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in the Constanta area, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients across the South-East region of Romania, including Constanta, Galati, Braila, Tulcea, Buzau, Slobozia, Calarasi, and Bucuresti. Your mission will be to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients in your assigned area, ensuring the development of the entire product portfolio.
• Sales Execution: Achieve sales objectives (sell-in and sell-out) by implementing recommended planograms, agreed assortments, secondary placements, and promotional elements in points of sale.
• Market Development: Identify growth opportunities within your territory, create action plans, and implement them to maximize business potential.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with merchandisers and shop consultants to optimize resources and ensure excellent execution in stores.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use sales data, merchandising insights, and consumer behavior information to build customer business plans and provide feedback on market trends and competitor actions.
• Operational Excellence: Organize and optimize client visits, daily routes, and schedules for both yourself and the merchandisers/shop consultants in your area.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and client management. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Higher education (university studies) completed or in progress.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales and negotiation (FMCG and IKA experience is an advantage).
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Power BI is a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in Romanian and good communication in English.
• Other Requirements: Valid driving license (B) with at least 2 years of driving experience.
