KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY & BUSINESS PLANNING
- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy of the brand across all channels (retail, e-retail, pure players) on all the distribution scope, contributing to a seamless brand experience and maximized ROI.
- Define the distribution strategy and associated business management plans for the brand and liaise with local and regional key stakeholders to securing buy-in and necessary resources.
- Build and execute the activation calendar around the commercial plan for the BU, ensuring alignment with key trading moments and brand priorities, and coordinate strategies across accounts.
- Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure brand image compliance for all activations.
- Translate brand strategy into actionable account-specific marketing plans, incorporating deep understanding of market dynamics, account-specific needs and opportunities, and relevant category insights.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to account leads regarding distribution opportunities, optimal product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Design and implement impactful trade promotions, activations, and events tailored to the specific needs of each assigned account to drive sales growth, market share gains, and improved retailer relationships.
- Ensure that the activations are consistent with the Zone’s guidelines.
- Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategize and arbitrate Trade investments based on the brands priorities and ROI analysis, with the collaboration of KAMs.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with sales teams to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and overall sales objectives.

- Strong experience in trade marketing and creating activation campaigns.
- Proven track record in trade & activation excellence role.
- Experience and good understanding of omnichannel journey activation and consumer lifetime planning.
- Excellent business relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Creativity combined with analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Fluent knowledge of English and Polish is a must.
