A Day in the Life
As a Revenue Growth Manager, you'll join our Dermatological Beauty Division & you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across the CZ/HU/SK HUB region. Reporting to senior management, you’ll collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Finance, CMI, and more) to embed Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies into the organization.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- RGM Deployment: Lead the implementation and integration of RGM methodologies across the local organization.
- Upskilling Teams: Train and empower teams on RGM priorities to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct in-depth analyses using internal and external data to optimize pricing, format strategy, mix management, promotions, and trade terms.
- Strategic Implementation: Drive the execution of RGM initiatives to deliver incremental turnover and Gross Profit.
- Retailer & Consumer Insights: Develop a deep understanding of retailer dynamics, value drivers, and shopper behavior to influence key business decisions.
- Communication & Influence: Present RGM insights and initiatives effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Best Practices Sharing: Contribute to the international RGM community by sharing learnings and success stories.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have a strong understanding of P&L metrics and their impact on Gross Margins, with a proactive approach to tracking business performance.
- Bring proven experience in Revenue Management and expertise in at least one key RGM function (Finance, Marketing, or Commercial).
- Are skilled at organizing, leading, and motivating multifunctional teams, with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Possess excellent networking and communication skills to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- Are proactive, independent, and adept at managing complexity and projects.
- Are fluent in English.
