A Day in the Life Reporting into the QLD State Manager, you will work as part of the Queensland  Retail   and Education Management(REM) team covering Brisbane’s pharmacy market, working with business owners, pharmacists and store managers to drive sales growth & education excellence. 

In this role, you will be assigned a specific territory covering North Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. Regular travel across this territory is required to ensure the successful delivery of retail and education objectives; therefore, a full driver’s licence is essential. To support your mobility, a company car will be provided. Please note that this position also includes the potential for regional travel as required by the business.

 

Position Purpose:

  • The Retail and Education Manager plays a dual role in driving the growth of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands across pharmacies. This role combines commercial account management with pharmacy team education, ensuring pharmacies are supported both in maximising sales performance and in delivering trusted skincare advice to their customers. 
  • As the key point of contact for pharmacies in their defined territory, the role builds strong business relationships with pharmacy owners and staff delivering impactful training, influencing brand presence within the store and being the trusted category expert for the pharmacy. By integrating commercial execution with education, the role strengthens brand equity, increases sales, and ensures compliance with LDB guidelines. 

 

Position Objectives:

  • Deliver sales and growth objectives across the territory to increase LDBs market leadership within the defined territory.
  • Increase pharmacy advocacy and recommendation of LDB dermo-cosmetics brands (La –Roche Posay,CeraVe ,Vichy).
  • Expand brand visibility, space, and sell-out performance in pharmacies.
  • Enhance pharmacy team confidence and product knowledge through high-quality education.

We Are Looking For You,  a passionate professional with proven ability to develop business & build brand advocacy through education excellence with both health care professionals (pharmacists) and retail staff. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Languages: English. Requirements: full driver’s licence.

Core skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales, training, or account management role, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, or beauty. 
  • Experience educating healthcare or retail professionals on scientific or product-related content. 
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and building customer relationships. 
  • Prior experience within a pharmacy environment or a degree in Pharmacy is highly regarded
  • Prior exposure to dermo cosmetics or skincare (desirable).
