You Will
- Adapt the brand's spatial concept to local distribution constraints. Implement the merchandising solutions for make-up tester units, free access, and POS materials, answering local marketing plan needs
- Co-undertake the conception, development, and follow-up of flagship stores with international brands and Zone
- Coordinate the conception, production, delivery, and installation of any kind of local-specific material
- Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms
- Recruit, develop, and manage his or her team. Ensure the development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes
- Ensure follow-up on the budget
- Check that L'Oréal's internal purchasing process is respected
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related discipline
- Outstanding creative, design, and analytical skills
- Keen interest in the current trends of visual merchandising
- Knowledge of the company branding and guidelines and information about consumer needs and patterns
- Proficiency with of Adobe Creative Suite, SKETCH UP PRO and Microsoft office
