Your mission… 

You will drive the local marketing activities of our Luxury Products Division on one of our most important brands and you are the expert of the brands retail activation and expression within your country. Owning the local adaptation of launches and brand animations – from activity planning, ordering process to final implementation. You are the voice of the brands in your country, the voice of the country in the business unit and the face of the brand(s) to retailers. Focus is physical distribution but always keeping omni channel in mind to ensure 360 consistencies across channels. You will report to the Nordic Brand Activation Manager, located in Copenhagen, and work closely with the Nordic Brand team and local key stakeholders to drive outstanding marketing initiatives and drive the success of your brand in the Norwegian market.  

  You will.. 

  • Translate brand strategy into actionable country specific activation plans respecting brand priorities and guidelines on all relevant consumer touchpoints
  • Ensure execution of Nordic retail brand strategy in country on time to drive sales growth for the brand and achieve retail excellence objectives. 
  • Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales performance in your local market.
  • Design and implement impactful trade activations tailored to the specific needs of your country.
  • Develop and implement merchandising guidelines that optimize product placement, visibility, and shopper engagement.
  • Ensure that all brand activations are consistent with the Nordic guidelines on all consumer touchpoints
  • Continuously monitor and analyze SO performance highlighting opportunities and risks YTD/YTG.
  • Strategize and arbitrate trade investments based on the brands priorities and ROI analysis, with the collaboration of the commercial team.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with commercial & field team to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and overall sales objectives

You are...  

  • Having a relevant educational background on Master level and +2 years of experience from a comparable job 
  • Having great communication skills and enjoy building strong relations to various stakeholders - external as well as internal  
  • Having an effective, structured, and hands-on approach, with close attention to details  
  • Fluent in Norwegian and in English  
  • Having strong digital marketing skills and business acumen  
  • Having in-depth experience leading marketing activities in your previous career  
  • Consumer behavior focused  
  • Proactive and can work independently  
  • Having knowledge of how to follow-up and follow-through
