A Day in the Life 

As Quality by Design Project Manager you will sit within the Operational Excellence Directorate (Quality team) in R&I, based in Clichy (Paris). You’ll support high‑stakes product development projects, embed robust risk practices, and drive end‑to‑end quality processes across labs and operations in an international, multidisciplinary environment.

  • Project & Risk Support 
  • Coordinate quality topics for development projects; deliver risk analyses (FMEA, HACCP, CSAR) and mitigation plans. 
  • Advise on regulatory & quality risk requirements across product lifecycles.
  • Processes, KPIs & Governance 
  • Help implement end‑to‑end processes, define KPIs and governance with Operations Quality teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Audit 
  • Identify simplification and innovation opportunities; audit existing risk analysis processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration, Training & Influence 
  • Lead workshops, training, coaching and webinars to disseminate tools, build capability, and foster a quality culture.


We Are Looking For 

You are a pragmatic, analytical quality leader who thrives in cross‑functional teams and champions continuous improvement. You hold one of the following degrees: Chemical Engineer, Food Industry, Pharmacist (or equivalent), and bring 10+ years’ experience in product quality, quality systems and project management in development or industrial contexts. Required core skills:

  • Quality & Risk Management (FMEA, HACCP, CSAR)
  • Project Management (cross‑functional, international)
  • Audit & Compliance (ISO 22000 / ISO 22716)
  • Continuous Improvement & Lean Methods
  • Stakeholder Management & Change Management
    Good level of English.
