L'Oréal's Luxury division is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for Product Manager role to shape the future of iconic brands Prada & YSL in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. This isn't just another product management role; it's a chance to become the guardian of these prestigious brands, ensuring their essence shines through every touchpoint.

As Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Brand Stewardship: Protecting and promoting brand equity by ensuring all activities align with the brand purpose and identity guidelines for both Prada and YSL Beauté.
• Consumer Insight & Trend Analysis: Developing a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences, translating market trends and insights into actionable strategies.
• Launch Orchestration & Growth Management: Leading product launches across all three markets and driving growth for key pillar products within the Prada and YSL Beauté portfolios.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering effectively with Media, Trade, Sales, Logistics, and other key departments to execute cohesive brand-building strategies and achieve shared objectives.
• Budget Management & Forecasting: Overseeing the marketing budget for both brands and ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts to optimize resource allocation.

Your profile:

• A university graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Product/Brand Management, ideally within the cosmetics or FMCG industry
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak, along with excellent English communication skills
• A responsible, analytical innovator, eager to contribute fresh ideas and drive growth within a dynamic, international organization
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment, where collaboration and camaraderie are key ingredients for success
