We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive and lead marketing 360 strategies, and ensure flawless execution of product launches for Kérastase – the leading Luxury Professional Haircare brand worldwide!

 

You will...

  1. Drive and lead marketing mix strategies (IMC/360)
    • Brand campaign & animation calendar;
    • Adapt global brand strategies / dossier to resonate with local consumers (Collaborate with CMI on the market insights, social listening);
    • Adaptation of communication (claims, imagery, digital, point of sales) Coordinate with Zone & DMI on digital assets, contents, activation plan, 360 marketing plan;
    • Working closely with Brand media, digital & advocacy team, Online Brand Manager, Commercial and Education team.
  2. Drive recruitment and sell out (Retail & In Salon Services) via Activation. Liase with Salon partners, supervise execution, collaborate with Retail, Edu & Commercial team.
  3. Product assortment management :
    • Sizing & monitor performance of existing SKUs, NPD & Restage;
  1. Managing A&P / Marketing Budget.
  2. Managing team to ensure excellent execution.
