A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Product Manager in our Professional Products Division (DPP), your days are dynamic, creative, and strategically driven. One morning, you may be designing the 360° launch plan for a breakthrough innovation, ensuring every touchpoint—from professional salons to e-commerce—is aligned. In the afternoon, you could be analyzing market trends and the marketing mix to accelerate the growth of our iconic pillars while optimizing the brand's gross margin.
You will constantly balance brand equity with commercial performance, ensuring an exceptional consumer journey across all channels. This role requires a perfect blend of strategic vision and operational excellence, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence the professional beauty market.
As a Product Manager, you will:
- Build and execute the brand’s strategic plan for both B2C and B2B segments, driving sustainable growth.
- Lead 360° local launch plans (PACOM), ensuring seamless execution and maximum market impact.
- Manage the A&P budget with high efficiency, overseeing annual investment plans for promotions, visibility, and media.
- Drive the product portfolio strategy, selecting the right axes and pillars to meet division objectives.
- Define and implement channel strategies in close collaboration with marketing, e-merchandising, media, and e-KAM teams.
- Manage the brand’s pricing strategy to maintain competitiveness and achieve established gross margin targets.
- Orchestrate the consumer journey by leading strategies across Media, Advocacy, DCR (Direct-to-Consumer Relations), and Search.
- Co-create with agencies, ensuring high-quality content and rigorous follow-up on visibility and media investments.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing roles.
- Proven experience in Operational Marketing and managing the full Marketing Mix.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing A&P budgets and P&L indicators (Gross Margin).
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in top-tier FMCG, Beauty, or Retail companies (e.g., P&G, Nestle, Estee Lauder, Unilever).
- Intermediate to Advanced English level.
