Job Title: LP Educator / Professional Products Division
JOB SUMMARY
The Field Educator will be responsible for driving business growth and brand loyalty across L'Oréal's extensive indirect salon network. The role focuses on delivering scalable and impactful education to ensure broad market penetration. You will act as a key strategic partner to the indirect channel while also providing specialized educational support to direct key partner salons.
[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]
As a Field Educator, you will be the face of the brand and a strategic partner, on a mission to empower our indirect channel partners while supporting the professional excellence of our direct channel.
- Indirect Channel Education Lead: Your top priority is to develop and execute the education strategy for the indirect channel. You will build strong relationships with distributors and individual salons, providing customized training and scalable programs to drive brand adoption and sales revenue across the broader market.
- Direct Key Salon Support: Provide targeted, high-level educational support to direct key partner salons. This includes delivering new product launch training, conducting advanced technical education, and ensuring our flagship partners maintain the highest level of brand expertise and service quality.
- Educational Content & Material Development: Plan and create impactful training materials (presentations, seminar content, video tutorials) designed to meet both the broad reach of the indirect channel and the specialized needs of direct partners.
- On-site Event & Seminar Support: Support the preparation and on-site operations of major brand events and seminars. You will collaborate with senior instructors to perform detailed support duties throughout the event execution, with the goal of delivering a consistent brand message.
- Field Expertise & Trend Analysis: Through nationwide travel and a flexible work schedule (including evening training sessions), you will gather valuable field insights from both channels. This involves identifying trends and opportunities to help shape future brand and education strategies.
[KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES]
- Educational Expertise: Experience and knowledge in planning and delivering technical and business-growth education programs within the beauty or salon industry.
- Business Acumen: The ability to analyze salon business needs, understand channel dynamics, and translate them into actionable, growth-oriented educational strategies.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent skills in building strong relationships, conveying complex techniques clearly, and presenting confidently to diverse audiences.
- Agility & Proactiveness: An entrepreneurial ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage a flexible schedule (including evening training and nationwide travel), and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficiency in developing modern and effective educational content across various formats (digital and offline).
QUALIFICATION:
- Education : Associate's degree or higher is required.
- Experience : A minimum of 3 years of hands-on salon (field) experience, A minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional educator or instructor in the beauty industry is highly preferred
- Language : Fluency in Korean
- Other Skills : Must hold a National Technical Qualification Certificate in Hairdressing (General)
