As an Owned Media Graduate, your role is to support and collaborate with the Owned Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that significantly increase website traffic and engagement across our brands NYX Professional Makeup, Garnier, L’Oréal Paris and Maybelline. Moreover, you will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced international business. The role reports to the Owned Media Manager and is full time.  

You will..

  • Help drive the Owned Media Excellence agenda by executing strategies that significantly increase organic traffic and engagement across L'Oréal's brand websites. 
  • Drive the utilization of our Virtual Try-On (VTO) and other online services by identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the user experience and boost engagement. 
  • Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to optimize website content and architecture for maximum visibility in organic search.  
  • Unlock opportunities for being locally relevant by collaborating with content teams to create engaging and informative content optimized for SEO and designed to drive traffic to our owned websites. This could include blog posts, articles, videos, interactive experiences, and more. 
  • Ensure seamless website updates by collaborate with developer teams to consistently refresh website content, including new product launches, promotions, and other relevant updates, maintaining a dynamic and engaging online experience. 
  • Monitor, analyze and report on KPIs related to website traffic, SEO performance, VTO usage, and 1P data acquisition. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share progress, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with various teams, including brand teams, IT and eCommerce, fostering seamless collaboration and maximizing the impact of our owned media efforts. 

You are... 

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business management, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • You are fluent in one Nordic language and English 
  • Passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and web analytics. 
  • A data enthusiast with demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation, ideally using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. 
  • You are well-organized and structured 
  • You are a strong self-starter with a can-do attitude and mindset 
  • Desire to learn and to develop 
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
  • You are an extrovert and can build connections and networks in a complex matrix organization 
  • Genuinely interested in the beauty industry and L’Oréal’s brands, with a desire to contribute to our digital future.
