Our Operations squad is on a mission to deliver peak performance by seamlessly blending quality, traceability, and environmental stewardship across the entire Supply Chain. From predicting trends to procurement, logistics, customer care, project management, and financial wizardry, we're the engine behind keeping our 36 cherished brands readily accessible both online and offline.

THE MISSION: WHAT AWAITS YOU?
As an intern in Operations, your objective will be to support the Operations team by ensuring that Demand&Supply flows are correctly managed. Activities may include:
- Manage the supply of the reference catalog based on the reference frequency, and in compliance with stock objectives, Service Rate, compliance with delivery dates;
- Manage and optimize stock levels and values, through correct management and sizing of stock parameters;
- Catalog management, with a proposal to optimize the number of SKUs in accordance with the Demand Planner of the relevant brand;
- Be the point of contact within the Division for communications relating to stock/product availability and related KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis;
- Monitor shipments arriving from the international center, checking the consistency of what is supplied with respect to the planned and deducing the consequences for the business;
- Contribute to the optimization process of procurement processes and tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or similar;
- Excellent analytical skills and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint);
- An entrepreneurial approach and the energy to carry out projects with agility, achieving challenging business objectives;
- An international mind-set and excellent knowledge of English and Italian;
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, willingness to learn and grow.
