A Day in the Life

As an Operations Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, working alongside a dynamic team to ensure seamless processes and impactful results. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of projects, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the optimization of our logistics and supply chain.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation to ensure product availability.
• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement logistics process improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on key supply chain performance indicators.
• Project Assistance: Support various supply chain projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders in the supply chain.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Possess an Upper Intermediate level of English.
• Are curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your projects.
• Have a passion for beauty and a desire to make an impact.
• Bring skills in Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis, Collaboration and Communication, Process Optimization, and Project Management.
