WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define Local E-commerce Strategy, conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop localized e-commerce recommendations to influence brand activation strategies across all digital touchpoints
  • Manage E-commerce Activation, oversee the e-commerce activation business for the division, ensuring alignment with CGO business objectives and yearly category framing.
  • Drive Lower Funnel Performance, influence brand activation strategies for lower-funnel performance media, optimizing campaigns to maximize conversions and drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize D2C Investment, analyze D2C spending, provide data-driven recommendations on budget allocation, and maximize return on investment for the brand.
  • Monitor E-commerce KPIs, track and analyze key e-commerce performance indicators, providing actionable insights to optimize the online shopping experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead UX Development, own the UX development process, collaborating closely with IT teams on system migrations, platform enhancements, and new feature implementations.
  • Manage Online Catalogue, oversee the online product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, optimal presentation, and easy navigation for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Analyze Competitive Landscape, conduct regular platform-based competitor analysis, gathering consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to ED2C Market Growth, actively participate in the development and expansion of the E-D2C market, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.


DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

 

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good communication & Negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
