A Day in the Life

As an Online Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our online brand presence, shaping the digital journey of our discerning customers. Reporting to the Brand Director, you will be a key member of a diverse and high-performing team, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to elevate our brands in the exciting world of online retail. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the e-commerce strategy, focusing on maximizing online and multichannel revenue growth. This includes setting the framework, strategy, and staging calendar for campaigns, pricing, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross-selling, and off-platform media (within the allocated budget). You will also develop and optimize a media traffic strategy to drive traffic from off-platform sources, as well as a lower-funnel media strategy to boost sales. In addition, you will develop a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience and drive sales through segmentation, targeting, email marketing optimization, and data analysis. Finally, you will leverage data insights to improve product/brand performance, enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rates, and provide regular reporting and analysis to the team and management.

  • E-commerce Strategy: Implement and optimize the e-commerce strategy to maximize online and multichannel revenue growth.
  • Online Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong online brand image through compelling content, strategic layout, and engaging promotions.
  • Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive media traffic strategy to drive traffic from off-platform sources and optimize lower-funnel media campaigns to increase sales.
  • CRM & Data Analysis: Develop and implement a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience, drive sales, and improve customer loyalty. Analyze data to gain insights and improve product/brand performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly reporting on performance, including sell-out tracking, data analysis, and recommendations for next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build overall E-store brand image: content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story
  • Implement the e-commerce strategy: focus on increasing online and multichannel revenues by establishing the online selling strategy for a defined client / customer.
  • Champion the Online Brand strategy including: Setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (LF media budget)
  • Develop a clear media traffic strategy, execute & optimize for off platform traffic for each platform
  • Develop an optimized lower funnel media strategy to increase sales
  • Develop a CRM strategy to personalize the online experience and drive sales. this involves segmentation, targeting, email marketing optimization and data analysis
  • Improve product/brand performance in their respective pillar by building insights through data
  • Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase
  • Deliver weekly reporting and update team on performance by category (sell out tracking) alongside a clear reco on next steps if needed.
  • Own monthly reporting for the brand on E-com to Zone and ManCom

  • Digital & Media Performance Management: You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and media performance metrics, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem Solving: You are a resourceful problem solver, able to identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Social Commerce Activation: You are proficient in activating social commerce strategies and driving sales through social media platforms.
  • Budget Management: You have experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You have a strong analytical mindset and use data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills / Competencies / Experience:

  • Demonstrate ability working with a diverse group of people and high collaborative skills across team in organizations, fast in adapting in new environment and critical thinking
  • Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills
  • Strong Operational Marketing/Digital capability of building detailed activity plans
  • Collaborative and able to work between Sales & Marketing
  • Media knowledge
  • Experience using salesforce, magento or any other platform
