- Manage the Hub's tax weight, overseeing compliance, preparing statements, determining taxable income, and handling tax payments.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, including reorganizations and new business models, acting as a strong business partner by anticipating tax impacts.
- Develop robust internal networks and actively contribute to digitalization projects (e.g., E-invoicing, e-reporting) in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage tax risks (anticipation, identification, evaluation, monitoring) and be the primary lead for tax audits and litigation.
- Oversee Transfer Pricing compliance and ensure close coordination with the Group Tax department.
- Challenge third-party professionals and participate in external tax networking to maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and defend L'Oréal's interests.
Who You Are - You are an experienced and dynamic tax professional with:
- 7-10 years of progressive experience from an international company or a leading international tax services provider (e.g., Big 4).
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in another Nordic language being a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Nordic tax laws and a strong understanding of accounting standards (local GAAP and IFRS).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to produce accurate, insightful reports with clear communication.
- A proven capability to quickly understand operational challenges and propose tax-efficient solutions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, quick perception, and high agility, allowing you to manage diverse topics concurrently.
- A results-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to implement concrete, pragmatic recommendations.
- A team player with a strong cooperative spirit, capable of working well under pressure, and ambitious to grow within a fast-expanding company.
