As a Subcontracting Graduate, you have a central role in our Supply Chain team supporting the business and the different supply chain departments by insuring on-time availability of display production in collaboration with our external partners. Moreover, you will support the subcontracting team on the modernization process of the current supplier flows as well as being a key operational person for the different internal stakeholders. You will coordinate the activities for all relevant actors and be an important part of the subcontracting activities. While you will have structured daily and weekly tasks, a significant part of the job involves managing unexpected issues and urgent problem-solving.

Your key job accountabilities:

• Coordinate the production plan for specific co-packers 
• Coordinate the delivery of components to the co-packers on production site
• Secure return of production in line with customer demands
• Communicate the production plan and priorities to the co-packers and follow its execution
• Communicate progress of productions with internal stakeholders
• Run checks on stock levels of all materials as part of our monthly stock reconciliation
• Work on improvement process for cardboard material stock and order management
• Be part of Supply Chain improvement project on external supplier flows

Your profile:

• You have graduated no longer than a year ago from your Master’s degree within Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or similar
• You are fluent and have excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of a Nordic language is seen as an advantage
• You have a good numerical understanding and like to dig into data
• You have advanced Excel skills. SAP and APO knowledge is seen as an advantage
• You have strong organization skills: ability to coordinate, plan, sense of priority and good time management
• You have a problem solving approach and analytical skills with attention to detail
• You have good communication skills and are able to communicate to a diverse group (warehouse/planning/customer service)
• You manage complexity and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
