Your mission...
As the Nordic IRM & Community Lead, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of L'Oréal Nordic's Advocacy and Influence (A&I) strategy. You'll be the engagement engine, delivering actionable community-building recommendations and innovative loyalty strategies that will help our brands achieve impactful social engagement with creators and consumers alike. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our brands achieve market leadership through data-driven influence within the beauty community.
This role is about building a thriving ecosystem that empowers content creators to become passionate advocates for L'Oréal Nordic brands. It is about transforming community engagement into game-changing loyalty programs that empower our brands to move at the speed of culture with content and activations that truly connect and engage with creators and their audiences.
Based in the multidivisional team, you'll work closely with a broad team of A&I experts across divisions and brands, fostering a collaborative environment to drive excellence, deliver innovation, and meet our ambitious goals. Reporting directly to the Nordic Multidivisional Head of A&I, you'll be a key enabler for our divisions and brands’ love and success.
Here's how you'll make your mark:
Key Missions:
- Drive Creator Community Growth by leading a strategy to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality, engaged content creators, establishing L'Oréal Nordic as the premier destination for beauty fans and content creators. This includes but is not limited to strategizing the way we do product seedings to creators.
- Co-create, launch, and manage a multi-brand Nordic loyalty program from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, establishing efficient workflows, and setting clear A&I targets to monitor program performance.
- Co-lead the design and implementation and implement engaging online and offline community events, challenges, and missions that incentivize user-generated content (UGC) creation and foster a strong sense of belonging for our brands.
- Nurture strong relationships with L'Oréal Nordic's top content creators, identifying and creating opportunities that complement divisional/brand activities.
- Champion our data and insights tool to monitor loyalty initiatives performances and identify key learnings to empower brands with expert guidance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our brands, providing tailored recommendations and best practices to help them achieve their specific objectives.
