About the Role

  • Manage key national accounts (Rodney Wayne, Retailers, & Wholesalers) within the Professional Products Division, partnering with the Market Director to achieve budget targets.
  • Lead sales calls, monitor account trends and competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure excellent service and coordinated account activities.
  • Develop and execute profitable promotional programs with Australian counterparts, including ROI analysis.
  • Manage store coverage strategically, build strong internal/external relationships, and maintain regular contact with customer teams.
  • Oversee new listings, conduct presentations, and execute in-store promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure efficient complaint resolution, assist with sales meetings, conduct quarterly business reviews, and participate in weekly sales planning.


About You

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and Sales Coordination.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Business Objects.
  • Working knowledge of Aztec Temple.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Understanding of the professional beauty industry and salon business is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
