A Day in the Life
As a Medical Training Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division, supporting the development and execution of strategic medical training plans. Reporting to the Head of Education & Training, you’ll be responsible for the creation and delivery of education materials for both internal and external audiences to promote LDB products, and driving sales and commercial success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic medical training plans aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Creating and delivering high-quality education materials for internal and external audiences.
- Sourcing and liaising with external training vendors to facilitate outsourced training programs.
- Incorporating education resources into Cycle toolkits to ensure timely access for field teams, driving sales and promoting LDB products.
- Assisting in the organization of events to enhance product knowledge and positively impact commercial outcomes.
We Are Looking For
You’re a great match for this role if you have:
- A passion for education and training, with a focus on the medical and dermatological beauty sectors.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to execute training plans and events.
- Experience of education creation and delivery, utilising both F2F and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to drive strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive and innovative mindset to create and deliver impactful training programs, including, but not limited to, training slides, podcasts, videos, webinars, and podcasts..
- A commitment to aligning with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
