L’Oréal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Master Planner to join our dynamic team at the L’Oréal Indonesia Plant. What You Will Do

As a Master Planner, you will be the central of our production schedule. You will act as the crucial link between our market supply teams and the plant's production units, ensuring we meet client demand while optimizing inventory and industrial capacity. Your role is key to guaranteeing the reliability and flexibility of our plant.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • 📊Strategic Production Planning: You will develop and manage a rolling 12-month production plan, collaborating with Market Supply Logistics (MSL) and Production Units to allocate medium-term capacity effectively.
  • 📆Tactical Scheduling & Adjustment: On a weekly basis, you will adjust the production plan based on market demands and resource availability, determining priorities for new launches and existing products.
  • 👥Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be the main point of contact for planning, communicating product availability dates to MSL, defining production parameters with the production team, and ensuring launch priorities are met.
  • 📈Performance Analysis & Improvement: You will monitor and analyze key supply chain indicators, track plant performance on service levels and stock, and implement continuous improvement actions.


We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.🎓
  • Data & Analytics: A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, identify root causes, and manage processes with a sense of ownership. 💻
  • Planning & Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to change, and maintain a clear and reliable production schedule. SAP Production Planning experience is a plus. 📊
  • Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and facilitate meetings, building consensus and driving action with diverse stakeholders. ?
  • Agility: The capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing changing priorities and challenges effectively. 👌
  • Operational Excellence: An understanding of supply chain principles, including production scheduling and inventory management. 🔗
