Your mission…  

We are looking for a Nordic Graduate to support the extension of Prada Makeup in the Nordics on a 1-year mission. You will contribute to building the brand's product portfolio, elevating retail experience and strengthening the consumer presence across the region, combining product brand management expertise with advocacy and influencer activations. You will report to the Nordic Brand Business Leader for Yves Saint-Laurent, Prada, Miu Miu.

 

Your tasks will include: 

Product Brand Management (70%)

  • Support Nordic product portfolio management: market analysis, launch sizing, assortment recommendations, calendar coordination and investment tracking
  • Contribute to door opening planning, retailer onboarding and in-store launch coordination across the Nordics
  • Drive counter animation in-store: coordinate with retail teams and point-of-sale stakeholders to ensure brand-consistent activations, event planning and in-store experience excellence
  • Contribute to the 360 implementations (O+O) in collaboration with other BU team members and consumer engagement initiatives
  • Provide storytelling and rationale for commercial and trade based on local insights
  • Generate sell-out analysis and share conclusions and recommendations internally
  • Support the guardian role of the brand expression offline and online: artworks, claim validation, POS merchandising & design guidelines, planogram guidelines and master visual plan
  • Contribute to the paid media plan execution in collaboration with the Media Manager

Advocacy & Influencer (30%)

  • Support the development and execution of the Nordic influencer and advocacy strategy for Prada Beauty
  • Identify, engage and manage relationships with relevant Nordic influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate influencer seeding campaigns, events and brand activations across the Nordics
  • Monitor and report on advocacy performance, engagement metrics and earned media impact
  • Stay up to date on Nordic influencer trends and the social media landscape to bring fresh ideas to the team

 

We are looking for...  

  • You are a recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • You have a first experience in marketing or communications (internship or student job), ideally in the beauty, fashion or luxury industry
  • You have a genuine passion for luxury beauty and an interest in the Prada brand universe
  • You are familiar with the Nordic social media landscape and have a good sense of influencer culture and trends
  • You have excellent communication and storytelling skills — in writing and in person
  • You are both creative and analytically minded, comfortable working with numbers and Excel
  • You are detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • You are a team player who values ownership, dedication and personal development
  • You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language
