What will you do? – Online Brand Manager

 

As the Online Brand Manager, your mission is;

  1. Responsible for increasing online and all e-comm channel revenues by establishing online strategy for defined target customers
  2. Converts Brand strategy into an operational e-Brand Plan and ensure all digital activity is consistent with the brand objective
  3. Responsible for e-comm P&L by brand, growing sell out of marketplace and budgeting to drive quality traffic and customers to marketplace stores on the right SKU at the right time

 

 

You are expected to manage the following:

 

  • Develop clear traffic strategy for e-store on marketplaces to drive the right volume & quality of traffic. 
  • Build overall e-store brand image including content, layout, promotions (bundles) & story. Ensures that local content is in line with regional guidelines.
  • Sets brand pricing & promotional strategy. Ensures the correct budget is in place aligned with brand objectives and JBPs.  Manages and optimizes this budget.
  • Champions the online brand plan for their brand in all marketplace platforms including setting framework, strategy & staging calendar for campaigns, price, assortment, hero SKU focus, GWPs, campaign stories, bundling strategy, feed content planning, cross selling and off platform media (incl. media budget for CPAS) and in platform media.
  • Define Cross selling frame, product key words and platform Differentiation. 
  • Improve ratings & reviews for all products by building insights on customer data. Constantly work on the buyer data to improve loyalty & repurchase.


You’re The Perfect Match If

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as Digital & E-commerce within competitive, dynamic industries, where power brands are part of your everyday work.
  • Have knowledge of beauty industry landscape and trends, and stay up to date with market, consumers, and competitors.
  • A strong passion in digital knowledge
  • Have proven track of records in running marketing campaigns / projects independently and influencing brand’s performance.
  • Have practical experience of MS Office use
  • Have knowledge of market, consumer and brands and love building on categories shopper insights
  • Are analytic and detail-oriented professional
  • Are Fluent in English
  • Are pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results.
  • Have great communication skills – ease in establishing network and building long term relations with customers
  • Have creativity- the ability to “think out of the box” and imagine creative solutions
