YOUR TEAM & SCOPE
You will be an integral part of an international team, passionate about People Development and at the forefront of Augmented Marketing topics. Hosted within the CDMO HR Team, we operate across all 4 Divisions and Zones, leading the Global Upskilling strategy for all marketers and digital experts within the group.
In this unique role, you will directly support two Learning Managers: one focused on Content + A&I (Advocacy & Influence) and another on Product + DMI (International Marketing Innovation). This dual focus offers an unparalleled opportunity to delve into diverse aspects of marketing education and development, understanding both the strategic content creation and the product/innovation lifecycle within a global beauty leader.
YOUR KEY MISSIONS
As a Learning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling our upskilling programs to thrive, working hands-on on the designing, preparing, and delivery of high-impact trainings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Program Development & Delivery Support: Actively contribute to the development and delivery of key learning programs across diverse marketing areas such as Campaign Creation, Content & A&I, Product Development, DMI best practices, and innovative initiatives like Gen AI Upskilling.
- Impactful Content Design & Communication: Design compelling PowerPoint slides and other communication assets for training programs, ensuring all materials are clear, engaging, and effectively convey complex marketing concepts.
- End-to-End Event Coordination: Provide essential support in organizing and executing upskilling events, both online and offline, covering all logistics from meticulous prep meetings and creating launch packs to crafting communication decks and managing invitations.
- Data-Driven Program Enhancement: Work with learning data from our Learning Management System (LMS) and People Analytics to create reliable dashboards, extracting insights that highlight program KPIs and ensure continuous development and improvement.
- Program Optimization & Relevance: Proactively assist the team in updating programs based on evolving learning objectives and skills requirements, ensuring all content remains current, relevant, and ahead of industry trends.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN & DEVELOP

- Strategic Marketing Education: Gain in-depth knowledge of L'Oréal's marketing and digital strategy, understanding how learning programs are designed and delivered to build capabilities in Marketing, Branding, and Activation through Media and Digital channels.
- Communication & Influence: Refine your professional communication skills by briefing speakers, crafting internal communications, and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders.
- End-to-End Program Management: Master the full lifecycle of planning and organizing learning events, from initial concept to flawless execution, within a global corporate setting.
- Global Collaboration & Adaptability: Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment, collaborating effectively across different levels of organization – Global, Zone, Country; and with diverse business functions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Learn to analyze learning data to measure program impact, identify trends, and inform future strategies for continuous improvement.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a proactive, curious, and highly motivated individual with a passion for marketing and digital transformation. You are eager to learn, reliable, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Background: You have a generalist marketing/digital profile with a strong interest in how marketing capabilities are built and developed within a global organization.
- Experience: You ideally possess initial experience or a strong academic foundation in marketing roles, understanding the marketing ecosystem (e.g., content, social media, advocacy, product development, research).
- Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- Strong analytical skills with mastery of Excel and data analytics.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and an appreciation for beauty and aesthetics.
- A.I. knowledge and video editing skills are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Rigorous, organized, multi-tasking, excellent communication, and strong ability to manage priorities.
