A DAY IN THE LIFE 

As the Regional Make Up Artist you will serve as the Lancôme brand ambassador, delivering make up artistry and elevated client services across Make Up. With a sharp consumer centric mindset, this role is vital in enhancing the online and offline client experience whilst engaging the Beauty Advisor community with personalised training on counter.  

Instore: 

• Act as a Lancôme Brand Ambassador in store and through social media. 
• Lead in-store events across the UK and Ireland in line with the Lancôme eventing strategy  
• Develop new concepts for special events. Create, plan, and execute innovative in-store events to drive retail. 
• Achieve personal productivity goals for each event conducted and annual retail performance for focus doors and accounts. 
• Communicate on a regular and timely basis with National Makeup Artist & Area Manager, ensuring that local business needs are met while in-store and sales goals are achieved. 
• Sell during key times and lead team by example. 
• Train and develop in store Makeup Artists and Beauty Advisors. Teach new selling techniques by working with staff on the floor, on the phone and virtually.  
• Carry out MUA assessments to Beauty Advisors to progress to an MUA role. Giving constructive feedback and assist in putting in place a coaching plan to help progress their skill level. 

PR and content creation: 

• Working as part of the Pro Artist team at PR events which include BAFTA, The National Wedding Show, product launch and influencer events throughout the year. 
• Creating content to engage and educate the Beauty Advisory population for OneRetail and internal comms channels such as Lancome.co.uk 
• Create content for our retailer social channels for new launches and special promotions such as GWP. 
• Keep up to date with current makeup launches and trends and create content for personal social channels to grow social online presence 

Educational pieces: 

• Assisting Education Manager and National MUA at key education moments throughout the year such as BA Roadshow and launch trainings. 

• Run online masterclasses to support new launches and help grow artistry level across the BA population.   
• Engage BA population on weekly basis through online channels such as OneRetail to drive momentum.
