Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager - Consumer Products Division

By combining advanced technology, scientific research, and consumer insights, the Consumer Products Division delivers high-quality and innovative products in categories such as haircare, skincare, makeup, and personal care. Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.
-Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
-Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets
-Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing and commercial departments
-Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
-Fosters collaboration between brands and sales to ensure consistent category vision and alignment
- Efficiently plan and manage the budget for trade marketing activities. Use ROI analysis to measure how well these activities work and find ways to improve them
- Set and manage promotional pricing guidelines, and apply them consistently in the market to effectively protect the brand's value and positioning
-Develop deep customer knowledge on supply rules and policy, timelines, stock equation
-Identify opportunity area by leveraging shopper and customer data to maximize exposure and efficiency
WHO YOU ARE:
- Education : University graduate
- Years of experience : 5 years’ experience or above
- Specific Career Experience :- At least 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry or FMCG industry
- Key account manager experience preferred
 
- Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
- Other Skills : Computer skill proficiency(MS PPT, Excel, Word)
