Job Title: Media & A&I Manager – CMO- Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The Media & Advocacy Manager for the L'Oréal Luxe Division is a key strategic role, responsible for setting the overall media and Advocacy & Influencer (A&I) strategy and guidelines at a divisional level. This position focuses on providing strategic insights, identifying new opportunities in media and digital PR, and guiding brand teams. Crucially, this role involves in-depth analysis of media and A&I KPIs and spending to provide strategic recommendations. Critical to this role is fostering strong collaboration with brand media managers, Zone teams, and the Group CDMO team to enhance the Luxe Division's overall media effectiveness and brand advocacy.

  

MEDIA STRATEGY & GUIDANCE

  • Strategic Media Leadership & Opportunity Identification: 
  • Develop, communicate, and frame the Zone guides for media and strategy, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and divisional objectives.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and introduce new media channels, platforms, and innovative advertising opportunities within existing ones, providing strategic direction to brands.
  • Media Agency Management: Collaborate with the Group CDMO team to manage media agencies, ensuring strategic input and optimal ROI.
  • Performance Analysis, Spending Review & Strategic Guidance
  • Conduct thorough analysis of media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from Zone dashboards and reports.
  • Review and interpret media spending, identifying efficiencies and areas for optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and guiding principles to brands for continuous campaign performance improvement.

 

A&I STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT

  • A&I Strategy & Activation: Manage the Luxe Division's A&I strategy, including identifying key profiles and streamlining A&I activations across all Luxe Brands. Ensure alignment for multi-brand A&I initiatives and provide strategic guidance for brand animations and PR efforts, ensuring strong digital visibility.
  • A&I Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Utilize A&I dashboards, relevant tech & solutions to analyze A&I campaign KPIs.
  • Collaborate with A&I agencies to review performance, identify efficiencies, and propose effective solutions for optimizing influencer marketing and digital PR spending.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the effectiveness and ROI of A&I initiatives across the division.

 

COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION

  • Cross-Functional & Brand Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with Zone teams, the Group CDMO team, and especially with individual brand media managers to ensure strategic alignment and mutual support.
  • Reporting & Project Leadership: Consolidate and distribute comprehensive media and A&I performance reports. Lead divisional projects aimed at enhancing overall media efficiency and brand advocacy.

  • Education : University Graduate
  • Year of Experience : Over 5 years  
  • Experience: 
    • Media agency or FMCG, Beauty industry experience is preferred.

  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
