Job Title:  (Sr.) Campaign & Contents Specialist - Dr.G DMI


JOB SUMMARY 
 As a Campaign & Contents Specialist for the Dr.G DMI team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s global campaign strategy and content development. You will help bring Dr.G’s philosophy to life for consumers worldwide, driving brand growth through impactful and consumer-centric storytelling.

 

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

  • Global Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop innovative Integrated Marketing Campaigns (IMC) for global markets, and create clear guidelines and asset toolkits to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Content Planning & Creation: Lead the development of compelling content across formats including video, imagery, and copy, tailored for digital platforms and aligned with the Dr.G brand identity.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor the global skincare market, consumer trends, and content performance to generate actionable insights and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with local marketing teams and external agencies to support smooth campaign rollout and strong market execution.
  • Platform Expertise & TTK Campaign Creation: Leverage platform know-how to strengthen campaign development and execution, with a particular focus on creating campaigns for TTK. A strong understanding of platform-based content and campaign workflows is important in this role.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign and content development, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a solid understanding of the fast-evolving digital and content landscape.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and external partners.
  • Practical platform know-how, with experience or strong familiarity in campaign creation for TTK.
  • Experience in Western or SAPMENA markets is a plus
