WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and implement national retail strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Oversee the performance of all retail stores, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and brand guidelines
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional managers and store personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, Mall Managements, and internal departments
- Manage the retail budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Champion a customer-centric culture and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service across all retail touchpoints
- Monitor and evaluate training processes to enhance field team development and spearhead the creation of needs-oriented training plans
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify and address inventory management needs based on store observations
- Spearheading retail leasing and shopping mall management processes to capitalize on opportunities within the retail industry and establish the brand's retail strategy
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 4 years’ university degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics or other closely related courses and excellent communication skills in English,
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and customer service principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
