A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager for Supply Chain, you will be the crucial link between L'Oréal and our key retail partners in Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce. Reporting to Customer Care Lead, you will drive operational excellence, ensure our products are always available to consumers, and build strong, collaborative relationships with our key accounts.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drive Customer Success: Lead the charge on product availability and healthy inventory levels for our direct accounts, ensuring a seamless supply chain from our warehouse to their shelves, both online and offline.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with customer leadership and internal commercial teams to plan for promotions, new launches, and major sales events. You'll be the single point of contact for driving supply chain improvements.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key supply chain metrics to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs. You will use data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and present actionable insights.
- Lead Transformation: Spearhead key projects to simplify and upgrade our end-to-end supply chain processes and systems, finding innovative solutions to automate and enhance our operational efficiency.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with a strong commitment to anticipating and solving challenges. You are a great fit if you have:
- A solid foundation in supply chain principles, especially within an Order-to-Cash environment.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with key accounts, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools like Excel to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent project management skills to lead transformation initiatives from concept to completion.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of working with diverse teams including Sales, Logistics, and Finance to achieve shared goals.
