A Day in the Life
As a Key Account Manager for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our business with key retail partners. Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Account Management: Develop and manage key customer accounts, ensuring alignment with the division’s strategy.
  • Budget & Spending: Build account plans and oversee budgets for both offline and online channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sell-in, sell-out, and ensure stock accuracy at the customer level.
  • Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the retailer and maintain deep customer intelligence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Demand Planning, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.

 

We Are Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Modern Trade.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills to drive win-win outcomes.
  • The ability to manage structures and processes effectively within timelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
