As a Junior Retail Design Specialist, you will play a key role in creating engaging and impactful retail spaces that align with our brands' identity and enhance the customer experience. You will support the end to end execution of point of sale projects across our premium portfolio.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Coordination & Execution
- Develop and coordinate retail design projects for standard distribution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Track and monitor renovation and opening plans in close collaboration with Key Account Managers and retail partners.
- Prepare projects for standard furniture formats based on international guidelines.
- Coordinate openings, roll-out and renovations by collaborating with marketing, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless "ready-to-sell" status.
- Execute fixed asset management, tracking furniture from production through depreciation to end-of-life disposal.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Organize tenders for furniture production, ensuring strict adherence to premium brand standards regarding image, quality and costs.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture for all points of sale.
- Foster positive collaborations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to build long-term trust.
Maintenance & Excellence
- Ensure retail design excellence by managing the replacement of standard furniture and coordinating ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with the field team to address furniture maintenance needs and maintain "perfect visibility" at the point of sale.
Sustainability & Innovation
- Integrate Eco-Design principles into all projects to ensure designs support our sustainable development goals.
- Support the Retail Design Director in daily operations and special "brand magic" projects.
COMPETENCIES
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of retail design principles and basic proficiency in SketchUp (preferred).
- Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and countries.
- Software: Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Languages: Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Mindset: Passion for aesthetics, detail-oriented, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
