Takami was first established in 1999 as a medical aesthetics beauty clinic in Omotesando-Tokyo, by board-dermatologist Doctor H. Takami.

Over the years, the brand has cultivated a close relationship with its customers with the ambition to become a lifelong skin partner.

Report line: Report to International Retail & Service Director


Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務

Develop & design training materials and ensure their deployment by local teams in each country

-    Develop the blended training content for product novelties & BAS expertise (on & off): training module / training sheet / training guidelines / e-learning / digital pedagogical activities

-    Develop Experts academy to empower BAs on hard skills

-    Provide innovative training experiences & training assets

-    Analyze country feedback on projects, tools and seminars for continuous improvement


Train and coach local teams

-    Understand country expectations to offer tailored-made tools & trainings according to their specific needs

-    Train & coach trainers in each country for a local relay to the BA to ensure the growth of sell in/out country

-    Retail Education International Seminar

-    APAC Seminar

-    Best BAs Awards


Contribute to brand awareness and brand expertise marketing/social assets:

-    Collaborate on social media contents

-    Play role in video shootings and videos

-    Create and lead masterclasses with international influencers and VIPs


Must Have Aspects 必須項目

Expertise:

-    Deep understanding of skin/skincare, dermatology, and knowledge of Japanese / Asian consumers’ cosmetic needs

-    Solid skincare experience with a background in education/training or marketing closely aligned with education/field teams.

-    International experience and multicultural understanding.


Mindset & Approach:

-    Strategic, grounded thinking with a passion for beauty and a strong service/customer-centric (Omotenashi / Japanese service mindset & behavior) approach.

-    Creative, curious and entrepreneurial, able to anticipate customer/trend shifts and drive service innovation.


Skills:

-    Excellent pedagogical (training/teaching) and communication skills (Japanese & English fluency).

-    Strong project management, collaboration, and adaptability within a complex international environment.

-    Proficient in PowerPoint and interested in beauty tech/social media.


Preferred Qualification 希望項目

Marketing experience, to create stories & concept

International experience (international mindset is mandatory)

Cosmetic industries, especially Luxury due to detailed attention to service and experience
