A Day in the Life Reporting directly to the Senior Product Manager, you will bring structure to complexity to ensure our luxury launches are flawlessly executed across Australia and New Zealand.

• Launch & Trade Execution: Coordinate end-to-end product launches and trade activations across key retail partners like Sephora, Myer, and David Jones.
• Operational Excellence: Manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking while maintaining launch timelines and critical path documents.
• Logistics & Sampling: Oversee sampling, collateral distribution, and launch logistics.
• Data & Reporting: Support forecasting, product master data management, and prepare impactful presentations.

• Project Coordination: Strong organization to manage multiple launch timelines.
• Collaborative Communication: Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and retail partners in fluent English.
• Analytical & Operational Focus: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to manage master data.
• Agility: Comfortable taking ownership of operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
