The Role:

As IT Domain Manager (m/f/d), you are the key IT partner for HR in DACH. You analyze end to end processes, lead projects to go-live, and design SharePoint/Azure workflows. You ensure service standards (SDS) and steer external partners toward success.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Business Partnering: Act as the central IT contact for DACH corporate departments (HR, Legal, Communications, Facility Management) to bridge business needs with technical feasibility and manage vendors.  
  • Process Analysis: Deeply analyze complex business processes to identify optimization potential and translate them into efficient digital workflows.  
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end HR IT projects from initial requirement analysis to go-live while managing timelines, resources, and quality. 
  • Digital Solutions: Design tailored HR workflows and SharePoint solutions using Azure cloud infrastructure within our digital ecosystem. 
  • Service Excellence: Ensure high Service Delivery Standards (SDS), define SLAs, and take responsibility for stable operations and 3rd-level support.


Your Profile:

  • Experience as Project Manager, ideally in IT or HR.
  • Good technical knowledge (SharePoint Online, Power Automate or Azure) .
  • Strong Process Analysis & Business Acumen.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Fluent German & English.
